Eric Steinert

Eric Steinert is an experienced employment mediator focused exclusively on resolving employment lawsuits. Before opening his private mediation practice, he spent more than two decades as a Partner in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, one of the nation’s leading employment law firms.
His balanced approach, thorough preparation, thoughtful analysis, and deep employment law experience make him a trusted neutral for complex, litigated employment disputes.

Eric lives in Carlsbad with his wife of twenty-four years; their daughter is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance. Family is very important to Eric, and he’s very grateful for the many wonderful years they’ve had together and hopefully many more to come.

When not resolving employment disputes, you may often find Eric in the ocean — open-water swimming, surfing, and scuba diving. Eric and his family love North County San Diego and try to take advantage of everything the area has to offer — particularly the great local beaches and scenery. They’ve lived all over Northern and Southern California and are now very happy to call Carlsbad home.
